Make Weapons!

Swords in fiction are always accompanied by a long and glorious heritage. Don't you think it would be so awesome to be recognized as the dude who created the legendary blade *cue dramatic music* THE IMPALER?

Now you can! And you ought to, too! It's fun, it's rewarding, it's an outlet for your creative juices.

This Boba Fett helmet, taken from Instructables.com (http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-make-a-cardboard-costume-helmet/) was created with little more than a piece of cardboard. Now that you're starting to salivate at the prospect of churning out cooler loot than money can buy, take a look at how easy it can be!

I'm really excited to see what weapons you manage to come up with. Do say something so we can all gawk at it!

A quick search on Google reveals that Halo weapons are particular favourites with cardboard weapon makers.

Yep, that little kid made tons of cool guns with not much more than cardboard. I especially like the mounted machine gun, don't leave until you see it! The attention to detail is definitely there, and it is a very interesting video, don't you agree?

Cosplayers, this applies to you too!

"oooo deadlyness", that's what it was labelled, and it certainly looks the part. Anyway, I hope you can appreciate the variety and potential of cardboard weapons, so don't ever brush them off as child's play again!
